However since this Reshade that we're talking about it, it really is by far the riskiest one here imo. Still i'm not completely certain about this possiblity of it suddenly not supporting versions that it used to support, as you said you've had this Reshade version months ago. This is very ambiguous like Tehstool said and the specific requirements (versions) could've changed without anyone knowing, for exemple if the devs of EAC updated it and it didn't support/had issues with the earlier Reshade versions after that, no one here would know. Yet when looking at the whitelist, it seems to say "Selected versions". You replied to another comment about the Reshade saying it's whitelisted. The Reshade, imo, is probably what caused this. It's also one of the most benchmarked games nowadays and i'm sure a few out there used a beta RTSS version. This is a very popular game and i believe something like would be very likely to happen. Many use RTSS and some would have used that recent beta, or any newly released beta before, and would have been banned because of it. I personally don't think this is the cause. It's a false positive, that doesn't have to do with both of these.įirst, RTSS.

I invested a lot of time on my account, bought Wraith's Heirloom through the hell of lootboxes because I love this game. My hypothesis is that I recently updated the RTSS software to a beta version which may not be properly signed by MSI certificate, RTSS 7.2.3 beta 3 (which can still be downloaded from Guru3D official site here -RTSSSetup723Beta3.zip), and might not have been whitelisted by EAC.ĮA refuses to hear me out and refuses to give me any information related to my ban, saying it is "trade secrets". I've been using RTSS (to cap my FPS) + ReShade (for better AA and HDR) since almost launch, but recently I've got hit with the ban hammer although both softwares are considered legitimate by their Anti Cheat software "EAC": 15, I've been fighting with EA about an injustified ban.
